Explanation;
Aggregate Bunkers, which are an important part of concrete batching plants, provide the stocking of aggregates with different grain size.
Specifications;
Concrete Plants are designed and manufactured considering that their heavy working conditions and long service life.
Aggregate to be used in concrete making are stocked in bunkers with 3, 4, 5, 6 sections depending on the grade of the aggregate.
The capacity of the bunker may vary between 60m3 and 400m3.NPI or as substitute HEA-HEB profile is used for load carrying chassis and supports.
Bunkerler - Has Beton .There is a box at the bottom of the aggregate bunker.
The box provides material flow to scaling bunker and is made of St 37 6mm sheet.
As bunker curtain, Trapezoid sheet is preferred as its strength and aesthetic.
Bunker’s bottom, top and sides may be covered as optional.
At the bunker bottom outlet is made of non abrasive sheet and aggregate pouring covers driven pneumatically.
This cover synchronised with the automation system.
